Culture wars have decisively marked our past and are increasingly shaping our present and future. The book covers events in Slovenia and Central Europe, and temporally, it touches on the period of the second half of the 19th century to the onset of the Second World War. However, the book’s contributions extend beyond these limits, addressing the present era and looking towards the future, both of which are significantly shaped by modern algorithms and artificial intelligence technologies. Another key emphasis is placed on religious aspects. The broader relevance of the monograph lies in its integral and multidisciplinary scientific investigation of ideologies, social doctrines, and cultural currents – all embedded in specific contexts – that have played a decisive role on a global scale.
