The book is based on an ethnographic fieldwork which was
carried out between 2012 and 2014, within the framework of
the selected sample in the domestic spaces of different
social strata in the Pakistani province of Punjab. The study
focuses on the objects of material culture and artifacts
kept for decoration, as memorabilia or presented as gifts
for religious or other purposes in these domestic spaces.
