An attempt at pointing out the standards of philosophical rationality corresponds to a philosophy that aspires to be more than wisdom stemming from and addressing everyday human needs. Such extraordinary philosophy searches for those standards that would, as it were, show the way to philosophical wisdom to anyone who is willing and able to assess and appreciate it. One of the problems here is that people have had a different understanding of the basic concept of rationality, which is the rationale.
Zbigniew Drozdowicz is a full professor at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, and the head of the Chair of Religious Studies and Comparative Research.
