Folk High School Research

The aim of the book series is to support the development of a conceptual framework that describes the pedagogical practices and identities of the contemporary folk high schools. From their Danish roots the pedagogical ideals of NFS Grundtig have spread globally in a variation of regional adaptions. To cover the diverse field of study that this movement represents, folk high school research is by necessity interdisciplinary, connecting different academic disciplines and methods of research
